Simple Spaces

I cannot stress enough to spend your money literally anywhere else. We had to go through these guys with our builder - terrible, just bad. Don't be fooled by the showroom and sales team - once you sign the contract it all goes downhill from there.

The initial sales meeting was good - helpful, quick response, personable. It all went sideways from here. Late delivery of some products, poor installation quality - caused damage to the walls, no follow up - service requests and missing parts, very difficult to get answers from the service department. Our builder had to chase them to get repairs and it took months.

Dealt directly with the owner and he was even worse - days to hear back, no shortage of excuses, broken promises on "making it right". The team did not listen or design what we asked for, took days to follow up.

I would have paid more money to get the product from someone else but luckily I didn't have to since Simple Spaces was already the most expensive quote we received.
