Roofing review in Ottawa

Frank came by last spring and fixed the problem and my roof hasn't leaked since. The leak was around one of the skylights. Many people have ongoing issues with leaky skylights but Franks Roofing managed to fix it and we have not had any leaks since. There was no charge for the fix. Excellent!

Roofing review in Ottawa

Franks Roofing was recommended to us when we bought our first home in Ottawa Nov 1013. The sun room roof leaked ever since Frank's team left. He came back once to put some caulking on the leaks but it didn't work and still leaks 1 yr later. He doesn't even return my call anymore to tell me he will fix it like he has for the past year but NEVER does anything about it. Frank's guarantee is worth the paper it is written on. They also left a lot of crap around when they left some torn shingles are still on the porch roof that I cannot reach to take them off.
