We had Manny develop our basement which included installing a bathroom, bedroom and living room while retaining some storage space. We are incredibly pleased with the result.
First of all Manny's quote was significantly less than any other contractor we consulted as was his timeline estimate. (The timeline was important to us as we wanted the work done before a certain date and there really wasn't much wiggle room.)
Manny was awesome! He offered suggestions when we weren't sure what to do and listened to what we had to say as well. The job was finished right on time and I'm confident it would have been completed early if we hadn't been waiting on the arrival of a couple items. We went over the quote but that was because we added a few upgrades to our original request. The final price was still below our budget.
We have already recommended Manny to friends and we will recommend him to anyone who mentions needing someone for a home renovation. We really couldn't be happier with the final result.
