I've trusted Dwayne and his team for all issues with heating and cooling. I know they will always perform the job professionally, and I trust their work. This time, the furnace stopped working. Dwayne responded to my message promptly (after hours, of course) and had Jeremy out the very next day. The weather was warm enough that it was not an emergency. We have been using Cool Flame since our pool heater stopped working right before our big house warming pool party and Dwayne was able to squeeze us in and come on on very short notice to make sure our party went off without a hitch. I found Cool Flame on Home Stars when we needed our furnace cleaned. Dwayne returned my call promptly and Jeremy (?) did a great job, quick and clean. When I asked him to check out the humidifier that comes with the furnace, he found that it was not working at all and probably hadn't in years. The solenoid needed replacing. He got the part and it's been working well since. My husband and I have found this has made a big difference in how dry our skin is during the winter months and are grateful the problem was repaired. We used Cool Flame again for a small job a couple of months later and will call them again if needed. Great friendly service at a reasonable price.

Called Dwayne early morning, left message that furnace had stopped working. Received call back very quickly. Dwayne said he could be out late morning. He arrived around 10 am, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about 20 min. Dwayne was very efficient, friendly and certainly new what he was doing.
