For the last several months we worked with Sonny to discuss different fireplace options and how we could convert our wood fireplace to a gas fireplace. He came to our house to take measurements so that he could recommend which one would be the best fit. During the entire time, we never felt pressure to buy from them and he was always patient and helpful. When we finally decided to make our purchase, Ray and his partner came to do the installation. They worked hard to get everything done. When the installation was complete, Ray carefully took the time to show us how to work the fireplace....and we love the way it works and looks! What a fabulous job! They tore out my old stone fireplace and replaced it with a beautiful concrete mantel and new fireplace insert. The installation was completed on time, with very little mess, and they were perfectionists. I couldn't be happier.

They have a showroom in Mid-Town Toronto. We chose the Dynasty BT-44. It arrived quickly. Haven't had it installed yet, but we are pleased.

we have a 16 year old MAJESTIC double sided fireplace, it looked dated as it came with logs and a steel grate. we called Sonny from Comfort Zone, he promptly came over to look at the fireplace. Rather than replacing the existing fire place Sonny came up with some options to modernize the fireplace rather than replacing the whole unit, good advice and a good solution. After deciding on our options, a technician was sent after a couple of days, he removed the steel grate and logs and replaced them with modern looking rocks (they sent three different types of rocks to see what would work better). the fireplace was also serviced and cleaned up. Prompt and professional service, price point for what they offer was well below other companies that I called. I would highly recommend this company

Sonny retrofit our wood burning fireplace for a gas fireplace. All contractors who worked on the project were responsive and good to work with.

We needed to replace our 1992 zero clearance gas fireplace and Brian and Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone were able to come up with suggestions fit for the limited depth of our existing drywall box in the living room, to avoid additional expense with new framing, etc. We chose the Marquis Skyline. Sonny was able to have it delivered and installed within 3 days. He answered all questions that we had throughout the process. His installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, cleaned everything and disposed of the old fireplace ($100 charge) and all packaging/garbage. They were knowledgeable and courteous. The price for the fireplace and installation was reasonable. From order to install 3 days, Sonny always communicated very well and in a timely manner. We will use this company again in the future, with no hesitation, and can recommend them to anyone. Their motto is "Obsessed with quality" and they live up to it. Sonny, thank you.
