Our existing tankless hot water heater needed emergency service. No hot water is no fun. Dan was able to fit us in and make the repairs very quickly. Unfortunately, it was an older unit that ended up needing more repairs. Once again, Dan was able to fit us in quickly with emergency service and a very fair quote to install a new unit before a long weekend. He made great recommendations to potentially save money and update our venting at the same time. His team was on time, professional, friendly and efficient. Dan even called to make sure everything went well with another follow up the next week. Couldn't ask for better service. Highest recommendations.

I have an older furnace that stopped working a couple of times in the past month, but would come back on if we toggled it off and on with the thermostat. We called Air Leaders to check things out for us. Dan was very friendly, was familiar with the old Carrier model we have, and set to work checking things out. He adjusted fan speed to correct a high thermal gradient, gave it a good cleaning, checked air flow and CO2 levels, and since then the furnace has been running fine. He identified other possible trouble points that could come up in the future and gave us good tips on maintenance. Overall we are very pleased with the great service we got from Air Leaders!!

I needed a gas stove disconnected and a new stove connected. Dan got the job done quickly and communicated with me through out the process. Recommend that you use him!

I called a few HVAC companies, trying to find someone who was able to explain the problems and answered my questions in a way that make sense to me. And Dan just came across as someone who could explain everything clearly with integrity and someone who conducted his business and dealt with customers honestly.

Dan was so helpful to recommend the best system to resolve our problem. We were running out of hot water for days but as soon as I contacted him he was able to come immediately and suggest the model that suits our need. He was like putting us as priority and scheduled his team in as soon as he can. The team was so efficient having the job completed nice and neat.

When it came to adding supplemental HVAC to our house, we went straight back to the team who had replaced our aging furnace and A/C a few years ago. Just like the first time , we had an excellent response to explore options, followed by the great service to install two ductless units in our master bedroom and the loft atop the house.

Update: the original note above I posted is a couple of years old and it's time for me to post an update. Our furnace stopped working this afternoon. After fiddling with the thermostat and peering into the furnace, I figured it was time to call a pro. I called Dan and he guided through a couple of other tests. Nothing made a change, so he was at our house within an hour. In a mere few minutes he identified the problem: a seized motor. He returned with the part within a couple of hours, earlier than he promised, and the heat came back on half an hour later. Fantastic high quality, prompt and professional service.
