Had a new AC and tankless water heater installed by them.
Dan explained everything in detail and setup an appointment for the installation only a few days later.
The gas fitters did a meticulous job and cleaned up everything after the job was done.
Later the company also registered all the products with the manufacturer for warranty on my behalf.

All in all, very happy with this company.

We received a couple of recommendations from the manufacturer of our current tankless water heater and followed up with both companies. Although both companies were responsive and professional, we very quickly became quite comfortable with the people at Air Leaders. To say they went that extra mile would be an understatement. On more than one occasion, they impressed us by doing little things that didnt seem to be a big deal to them, but were to us. Their price was a few hundred dollars lower than the other company we talked with, however, their warranty was not as extensive. This may have caused us a little concern if we hadnt been so impressed by the friendliness, responsiveness and overall caring attitude of the people we were dealt with. Even though everything moved very quickly, because we had no hot water, they spent time getting to know who we were, and what our needs were. A very impressive organization.

Service was excellent from sales, install and post install inspection. Very satisfied with the product and service.

I am very impressed with the communication. I created the service request on Saturday. Air Leaders replied to my request on Tuesday and came out today, Friday to install the gas stove. The tech Hamid was extremely friendly and informative about the procedure. Highly recommend.

I contacted 4 HVAC companies located around Markham, Ontario, about repairing my 24 years old Gas Furnace, that was making loud, grating noises, when starting up. Representative for each company visited my home and gave me quotations for repairing the Furnace, but they all recommended that I replace the furnace with a newer
One-Stage or 2-Stage Furnace.

All the Furnaces recommended, basically had the same feature set, with varying degrees of innovation and reliability. Even the low end units were a big improvement over the Furnace I had. So my criterion for selecting a contractor came down to whom I felt was competent, trustworthy, honest and a person I could work with.

One of the companies was Air Leaders Inc. and the contact person Dan gave me competitive quotes for repair and new Furnaces. During the half hour he spent in my home, I was impressed with his patience, his knowledge of HVAC systems, and his demeanor. I was sold on him and Air Leaders Inc.
My new Furnace was installed on Feb02,24 and everything exceeded my expectations. The installers were punctual, finished the job on time, and even did some extra work by inspecting and cleaning my Humidifier.

Dan came over later, the same day, for his personal inspection. Air Leaders Inc gets my vote for a 5+ rating.

Our HVAC was having fan issues such that we couldn't use our heater. I suspected it was either overheating or we have a faulty fan motor, but I wasn't sure. Called up Air Leaders/Dan on a Tuesday afternoon, who managed to send over a tech within a few hours.

Tech came in and diagnosed the issue while explaining their thought process while doing the repair, which to me was really helpful. Eventually they did confirm that our fan motor is faulty and it needs a replacement.

At this point, Dan was very proactive with the status of our fan motor and when we can expect it by. The new part came in Friday, and our HVAC was repaired on the same day.

Overall, I am very impressed and I highly recommend hiring them for your project. They're very efficient and pleasant to work with such that they managed to diagnose the issue, source the parts we need, and resolve our issue within a week. I won't hesitate to call them again!

Dan had serviced my 18 yr old furnace last year and was able to get it up and running, but suggested I look at a new one and gave me a quote for a model sufficient for our larger home. There was no pressure at all to buy and we didn't. Fast forward to this January and the old furnace was now dead. Called Dan back and he was able to install the same model he had suggested, the next day. The crew was amazing, professional and quick. Old one out, new one in, cleaned up and furnace running in under 4 hours as estimated. Would highly recommend Dan, his company and crew. Will be talking with them regarding a heat pump to replace our outdated AC.

I hired Air Leaders to inspect, service, and clean my old gas fireplace. Dan came to the house on time, did a thorough inspection of the fireplace to ensure that it was safe to use, and his technician did an excellent job cleaning it and bringing it back to life. It now looks brand new!

Dan also made sure to do a thorough walkthrough of the house to check for any carbon monoxide issues and installed a remote to easily activate the fireplace. There was an issue with the remove activation, and Dan immediately addressed it and replaced it, and it's worked seamlessly ever since.

I would hire Air Leaders again in a heartbeat for any gas fireplace or HVAC issues in the future.

We had to replace our 28 years old furnace and called Air Leaders for a quote. Dan provided various options and advised us on available government rebates. He inspected the current equipment and suggested that we replace the AC unit as it was 26 years old. We were provided detail quotes for each set of equipment, adding that the heat pump he was suggesting had a government rebate associated with it.

Dan answered every question during our initial meeting and was always available to answer any other questions I had. He was professional and knowledgeable, he provided details of the old system removal(disposal) and new system installation.

Once we decided to move forward with Air Leaders they provided a date of installation. On the day of the installation their technicians were punctional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They insured to take great care while moving the equipment in and out of the house, as to not damage the floors or walls.

Extremely satisfied with the removal and new installaton of the HVAC system. The area was left clean and tidy after the work was completed and they check that the furnace and heat pump were fully operational before departing.

I would highly recommend Air Leaders to anyone in need of HVAC services. It was a pleasure dealing with Dan and team.
