Additions, Interior Renovations
We hired the principal of this firm, as a Project Manager in Dec. 2012 to oversee time, budget and quality on major renovations/Additions. Projects were not run to budget. Numerous work quality issues were outstanding.
We continue to rectify quality issues.
This individual has not been sub-contracted by our firm since Feb 5/13.
Today, we learned that a WSIB clearance certificate was manually produced by TCH Inc. listing Bravehart Building as principal, valid until May 19/13. Consumers and contractors should be aware that Bravehart Building did not authorize the production of the WSIB certificate. We have had the certificate cancelled at www.wsib.on.ca. Bravehart Building is in no way affiliated with TCH Inc. Nor do we recommend TCH Inc work or work practices in any way. Nor do we take responsibility for any misrepresentation.

It is a shame that people are so ignorant they need to lash out at others. Yes between mid Dec and Feb I worked a total of 5 weeks as a sub contractor for Bravehart to assist them. However once I discover Bravehart is the type of company to over charge clients, mismanage draw payments to cover other projects, debts and could not control their own trades we parted ways. When trades of Bravehart quoted a job at one price then invoiced twice as much once the work was complete I was told to just mark it up and pass the cost along to the client as part of the contingency costs.
As for the WSIB clearance certificate I am told that it was an online renewal request made by Bravehart themselves when they were updating forms as they also requested several others at the same time. Bravehart called in to WSIB to cancel the certificate within two hours of generating it. Way to pay attention to detail.
Once I, TCH inc parted ways with Bravehart there was never any follow up calls from Bravehart asking any questions, about the claims they are now making in this untruthful review. I was available to answer any questions any time. I even attended a site meeting and no issues were raised then either. Instead two and half months later you want to begrudge a small and honest company with an impeccable track record with its clients. Part of the real world is dealing with unqualified and misguided claims when small ans jealous people are able to speak in an open forum. In no way has TCH, its staff or I ever claimed since Feb we were affiliated.
To the possible future clients of TCH inc reading this I hope you are able to see the only reason this malicious review was written was to be able to post a 0 star rating to have us removed from the first page as they obviously feel we are a reputable company and pose a threat to theirs.
