I had a house inspection done of a condo which I purchased. When I arrived at the inspection, Geoff was early and waiting for me . He explained to me his process and then proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the condo. After he was done, he showed me a couple of areas that needed attention. He also provided me with a thorough report pointing out areas that I will look at, as well as a photo of these areas. He also provided a list with recommendations for people that he has had experience with for different jobs that may be used in the upkeep of my new purchased home. Very thorough inspection of the building interior. Heater and furnace were tested along with checking the pipes, attic, and vents. Included a report with any problems along with helpful details to help keep the building maintained throughout the year. Would highly recommend.
