This was the third time we have hired Geoff to do a house inspection for us. Geoff is very thorough and knowledgeable. We trust Geoff to help us make an informed decision for the largest purchases of our life. He is a great resource and provides an easy to understand report (including lots of pics). Thank you Geoff. My Wife and I were in the final process of purchasing a home and being in the industry, we knew how important homestars was/is to finding the right contractor. As first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process of a home inspection; Geoff arrived on time, ready to begin the inspection, he was very friendly and professional, able to perform the inspection only a day after I called! We received an easy to read, detailed report in less than 24 hours, specifically outlining all of the issues and recommended repairs! I found this company by reading reviews on HomeStars and I'm so glad I did. I had an offer on an older house, subject to inspection. I already knew that the house needed lots of work, so I was worried that a home inspection might overlook small details. Geoff was on time,and paid attention to every detail, no matter how minor it was in comparison to the bigger issues in the house. His report was very thorough, easy to read, and completed in less than 24 hours. He is very knowledgeable AND very friendly, so it was a pleasure working with him. I was present for the entire inspection, and my 5 year old son tried to help, so I was happy that Geoff took time to explain things to my son as well, and included him in small jobs, like peeking behind the washer and dryer. It was fun and informative for everyone! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had to be at work so could not be present for the home inspection; instead my realtor was with Geoff for the inspection. I am pleased with the detailed report accompanied with photos of identified problem spots. I was able to get the seller to do some of the necessary repairs and accept a hold back of some amount to fix the rest. Highly recommended.

After doing many extensive google searches, we decided on Geoff as he had the best and most positive reviews! He did an amazing job, very professional. We were so happy that he was very willing to come do our home inspection on such short notice, as we were days away from conditions removal for our house. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things, in terms that I would I understand, as I am not very handy. He was very personable and even very comical at times! I enjoyed spending 3 hours with him looking through what will be my new home! I highly recommend Geoff to anyone! 10/10
