MR DRAGER HAS ADVANCED LICENCES IN GAS FITTING AND PLUMBING. HE DOES NOT RUSH THROUGH A JOB, BUT INSTEAD FULLY EXAMINES THE CUSTOMER'S SETUP, MAKES PLANS TO IMPROVE WHATEVER THE PROBLEM IS, AND MAKES THE FINAL INSTALLATION MUCH MORE EFFICIENT. HE ALSO FULLY EXPLAINS TO THE CUSTOMER WHAT HE HAS DONE, AND CHECKS BACK AFTER TO BE SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE.
