Max Space did all the stone fabrication for our custom home. The entire team did an amazing job. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. It was a very large project and Luna and Tony were professional, knowledgeable and patient. The install team is incredibly skilled at what they do. There was constant communication throughout the process. We have received many compliments on the final product. It was a pleasure to work with the Max Space team and I highly recommend them!

MaxSpace has done a wonderful job. We walked into the showroom with no appointment. Luna was welcoming and fantastic while assisting us with our options. Within days Tony was at our home to take the measurements. We have a 40 year old built in stove fan that we didn't want to replace. No problem! The installation team worked around it beautifully. The process was painless, professional, and everyone was a real pleasure to deal with. We'll be back when it's time for the master bath. Thank You MaxSpace team.

We visited almost every fabricator and stone shop between Hamilton and Vaughn and we're absolutely relieved when we found MaxSpace. From the moment meeting Luna and the sales/customer team, to the owner and installer it was a pleasant experience. Their selection of stones was exactly what we were looking for. We were eager to go with porcelain but cautious as it's the new "thing" for counters considering the investment. MaxSpace was great in educating us and setting the right expectations. We were convinced withing a few minutes of our visit we found the counter and fabricator we were comfortable going with. They understand this business, the fabrication and equipment and eye for detail. We are very happy with our counters and are eager to refer friends and family to them.

The customer service is poor at best and the product provided was not as described.

We did not know anything about this company but Maxspace was recommended by the salesperson who sold us a slab of Porcelain for our countertop. Luna was extremely helpful, answered all my questions patiently and returned all emails promptly. Unfortunately there was a mistake in the measurement and one piece of countertop had to be recut. I was so impressed how the company handled this. They bought more material at no cost to us, re-cut the porcelain and 3 days later it was installed. Everything looked beautiful after installation and a difficult cornercut was executed perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

I got a dining table and several work desks done at Maxspace. This place has a massive selection of stones and the service is absolutely amazing! Tony and Tran are the best! They helped us every step of the way, from picking out the stones, to meeting with us countless times to make sure everything was on track. They also have an amazing team of installers who were very professional and cleaned up after their job was done, which is a rare treat. I highly recommend Maxspace! You won’t be disappointed!

Max Space built custom countertops for our master bathroom and powder room as well as installing full sheet porcelain tile in our master bathroom. They were professional from beginning to end. Their staff are courteous and hardworking and the craftmanship is exceptional. We visited their shop several times while we were deciding what we wanted and they were always helpful with suggestions and advice. The end result is stunning. It is very clear that owner Tony takes great pride in his work and will do whatever is necessary to make things right. Big thumbs up to the office manager, Luna, as well for her always punctual responses and pleasant manner. Highly recommended. Thanks Max Space!

This review is a little late but highly deserving. The service was rendered back in May 2020. We chose Neolith for our countertop - a material that requires skillful cutting and installation, otherwise you'll end up with quality issues like cracking. Finding a fabricator whom we could trust was a challenge. Here is our experience. Fabricator #1 (not Max Space) - Not the best in upfront customer service, but that's ok. This is not a field where I expect it. Quality work is what matters. Initially, they were our first choice. However, when you don't return my e-mails, I wonder what will happen if we really do run into issues later. Fabricator #2 (not Max Space) - A premium fabricator. It was obvious the customer service person wasn't interested in our business. Their quote was a little higher but if we had confidence in their work, we might have given them the business. We got an initial quote and returned for a 2nd visit with additional questions. That's when things got weird. Suddenly the extra backing to install the countertop was an additional cost? Why? The other 2 fabricators didn't charge extra. It was built into the price. That's sort of normal. Your tile installer doesn't tell you last minute that glue is extra after providing a quote. We needed some additional info back from the fabricator. The person promised to get back to us. Never heard back. Fabricator #3 (Max Space) - Luna was a breath of fresh air. She answered all our questions and didn't get annoyed with us for asking. She explained their process, their machinery, and emphasized that they used metal backings (unliked Fabricator #2 who suddenly realized last minute that it was an extra charge). Although Luna was nice and informative, how could I assure that the actual fabrication was going to be top notch? I could only go by these HomeStar ratings and going back to their showroom and inspecting their work. In the end, we felt most comfortable with Max Space and paid our deposit. We've had countertops installed in a condo unit - I know what a shoddy job looks like (poor measurements, drawers not opening properly because it hits the counter, sloppy caulking, etc.) I think that bad experience set me up for lower expectations. So I was actually surprised when Tony did a superb job and exceeding my expectation. When inspecting his work, I was surprised that the fit, measurement, and caulking was IMPECCABLY done. An OCD person's dream! It has now been 6 months since installation. We're so pleased and highly recommend Max Space. Those other good reviews about Tony's fantastic team - yes, it's all true. At least from our experience. I know this review is long. But it provides proper context and hopefully will help others when choosing a fabricator for Neolith or other porcelain materials.

We were very happy with the new counter top in our kitchen. The measurements were done quickly and the installation was done on schedule. Everything fit, phew !! The installers were friendly and very efficient and also very neat. There was no mess. The company is highly recommended.

Our kitchen was delayed for a few months, thanks Covid19. We attended literally a dozen countertop places looking for quality, competence and understanding! Several companies met the three standards we had set, but Max had an extra piece, and that was patience. Luna was very attentive to our wants and did not push us to get something that was “just” available and in stock. Other companies’ agents were pushy and not really interested in what we wanted. We had a “waterfall” dropdown from countertop to a round table all of the same material. Our kitchen people “Senso Design” had drawn up the idea and Maxspace complemented it with the perfect finishing touches, all in quartz!! We knew our price range expectations and found Max to be well within and a bit better than many.
