We chose New Look last year, to do our upper level windows. I’ve waited a year to leave this review as I wanted to ensure we were still satisfied, after having gone through all seasons. Alex is a professional, answered all our questions promptly. There was a small mix up and the wrong windows were delivered (wrong grilles) but within hours, Alex personally delivered the correct windows and installation was completed same day. We were so impressed by the services provided and the reasonable cost, so we used New Look again this spring to replace our living room picture window. Very happy and we have referred New Look to several neighbours already.
