Sparkling Tears is a top-notch chandelier cleaning company. I would not trust anyone else to chandeliers. They manually take apart and clean each individual crystal and every part of your chandelier and put it back together meticulously. The results are outstanding - gorgeous sparkling chandeliers Randy is a pleasure to deal with. He and his team are trustworthy, caring, and meticulous. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Had my chandelier cleaned yesterday with this company. I am very satisfied with the two young ladies that did the work.
They were there on time and spent about 2 hours cleaning.
It had not been cleaned in a very long time and I was very happy with the work.
They also changed all my bulbs free of charge!
Pricing was very reasonable and my lights are shining again!

It was easy to get a quote - I just emailed some photos of my chandelier and got back a price by the end of the day, after a few more emails my appointment was booked.

They showed up on time and used sheets on the floors and had all of their own equipment. They even had extra light bulbs on hand which I didn't think to buy. It took longer than I was anticipating as they removed each piece of crystal to clean it but it was well worth the wait. The chandelier is now truly sparkling and I will definitely be calling them back!

We have an old chandelier that is very high in our foyer and it needed some major cleaning. I tried using the internet to find a reputable cleaning company, but came up with nothing. I saw the Sparkling Tears truck parked in our neighbourhood and decided to give them a call.

From the beginning their customer service was top notch....Randy (who owns the company and works alongside his daughter) promptly communicated with me over email, he arrived on time and ready to work and his friendly nature made him a pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job on our chandelier, taught us how to clean our lower fixtures and even dusted the crown molding 20 feet high in our foyer. I was very pleased with their friendly nature and the job they did. I would not hesitate to call them again or refer them........Randy and his daughter are genuinely kind people that know their fixtures!!
