A cluster of problems. Condensate pump went bad, motherboard fried the next day, then the igniter failed the following (2nd replacement igniter in less than a year). We ended up spending over $1,200 over four days. Pro Ace was great; they were here in less than 6 hours each time, correctly identified the problem and fixed it. ProAce applied discounts where they could (we're Elite Card holders) saving as a hundred or so dollars.
Trane, however, needs to rethink its quality control. Our V95 furnace is just 10 months out of warranty! They should have at least provided parts at cost. Will be writing the company.
