Canadian Security Concepts

I contacted Security Concepts for a home security system and had Chris (the sales rep) come out to meet with me at our home. He was very thorough and made many suggestions for us to choose from. We received 3 different quotes and ended up going with Security Concepts to install an alarm system that included a video door bell, outside camera and a smart door lock. A couple days later Eli (the installer) arrived and put the system in. He was very polite and did not leave any messes in my home. After the system was installed he trained us on how to use it and setup a few smart features for us (like having the door lock disarm the alarm which is very handy).
In summary I am very happy with the system and the customer service from both Chris and Eli / would recommend this company to anyone looking for home security
