I used Josh to do some waterproofing. I was disappointed by the dishonesty. He tried to charge me more for a drain he did not replace entirely. Also, he did not complete the paperwork necessary to get the basement subsidy flooding form the City of Toronto and did not follow through on certain promises made. He is priced in line with everyone else. I expected the same fair treatment. very disappointed.

Finally a company that delivers as promised. The project was completed in a timely manner, stayed within our budget and we never got a "it's going to cost more than expected". The crew was clean and courteous and Josh the owner was there every step of the way to ensure the quality of the work was there.

i was in the market for a kitchen renovation and was referred to Josh by my neighbour. He came in, gave me a quote and was really fair. He took his time showing me different options and he even came with me to pick out all the tiles. He finished the Job on time. (unlike ohter contracters) and also manged to stay on budget. Since he renovated my house, i already referred him to 2 others and they were very pleased with him.
