Professional, thorough and accurate inspection. Bryce had the right experience, tools and know how to identify every single deficiency in our home. He gave us accurate timelines on when we could expect to have to replace/repair things. Every time something comes up, we say “Bryce told us about that”. Now, over 4 years since buying our home, we are still appreciating his great work.
Sorry for the late review, but every year has proved how accurate the inspection was!! I don’t recall what we paid for the service, but we’d use him again regardless of the price!
