Started in 2011 by Master Plumber Raphie Konsker, Preferred Plumbing Solutions, Inc (P.P.S.) is a service-based company that takes pride in its work. P.P.S. is committed to doing great work and offering superb service to all of our customers. We are constantly training our office staff as well as field operatives with Customer Service seminars and interactive workshops. We are always learning the latest technical advancements in the Plumbing Service Industry. We have a 3 tier integrated software that organizes our schedule and customer base, which allows us to operate with the highest efficiency. We are based in Thornhill and proudly provide service anywhere in the GTA. (**EXCLUDING** Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke)

leaking bathtub overflow drain and taps

PP were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
They found and fixed the problem which
the previous plumber had misdiagnosed.

On the other hand, they use a flat pricing
plan which wound up being quite expensive
for the work in question ($2000 after tax to
hire two guys for 8 hours).

Work was done in a very professional manner. The workers showed up when promised. Work was conducted promptly and they were very meticulous about cleaning up after they competed the work. Pricing was competitive.
