What a great job, with no fuss, expertly done. I had contacted another plumber known to be familiar with the condo, who seemed unclear about what needed to be done. I needed faucet and shower head replacement in my main bathroom. As Raphie went to shut-off the main water value there was a leak!! Raphie knew just who to contact and how to get the City to come out in order for him to proceed with his work. Due this unforeseen incident, Raphie and Shawn needed to spend additional time in my home. At no point did Raphie rush through the work. From the minute you call their office, you are treated with respect and caring. Their prices are totally reasonable. I have had other plumbers in the past and always felt taken. Not this time!!! Raffi provided very fast and efficient service, advised me that the city has to be notified that the water supply to the house had to be shut off from the outside.
The plumber Brandon was very fast and knowledgeable and replaced the valve without any difficulty and explained exactly what needed to be done.

they replaced all 4 of my toilets and did an unbelievable job, they were on time, kept the house clean and instructed me on how to best dispose of the old toilets. the new toilets are fantastic!
