What a great job, with no fuss, expertly done. I had contacted another plumber known to be familiar with the condo, who seemed unclear about what needed to be done. By contrast, Raphie came on short notice, was clearly on top of what needed to be done, came armed with the right parts, and got the whole thing done in one shot.
