Appleseed failed to clear the left side of my driveway after each snowfall this winter. I complained 3 times, spread over more than a week, before receiving a response. When I called back I was put on hold for more than an hour. When I finally talked to customer service rep, she argued that even though my contract is for a double width driveway Appleseed was not obligated to clear double width. I told her I sent a photo showing the problem. She claimed not to have received it. I told her when I sent it, and she looked at it and finally admitted that there was a problem.
She said she informed the area manager of this and hoped that the driver would clear the left side for me. The next snowfall the driver skipped my driveway completely.
