Signed as a new customer this year with Appleseed based on the number of signs around the neighborhood. After complete failures over 2 snow events this Nov and Dec with my wife waiting 12 plus hours for service ( not until after 6 pm) i would rather lose some money and go to a different provider than continue to pay this horrible company. Extremely poor customer service and they will not respond to repeated phone calls. In fact their answering service automatically hangs up on you. run away and save your money. Go anywhere else but here.

I have spoken with Katie who is your client representative and she has assured me that she has spoken to you in regards to your issues and concerns via e-mail. The last one sent to you at 1:32 pm today. We do have a call center assisting us with phones during a snowstorm as we can not physically keep up with the amount of calls coming into our office. We have in no way advised our call center to hang up on any client and this will be addressed with the manager of the center. I'm not sure you can claim poor customer service when you have been responded to each snowfall. If it is a refund you are after we are more than happy to provide that to you as per the e-mail correspondence today.
