Mark had originally installed our water heater. I contacted him to get this serviced and also to fix an error problem on the heater. He was in our house for around 10 minutes to fix up the plumb to flush the water heater. He then left to collect a small plastic part for the heater. He returned about 20 minutes later, stayed for another 20 minutes maximum and then left.
I was charged $600 for the hour work, where I have had to buy the flush kit. When I questioned this he said the flush could not be done without the kit but he never mentioned that I would actually be buying the kit.
Also he said he was unable to fix the error problem since he no longer is a service representative for Noritz company. The problem has not been fixed and he has advised me to contact another company to sort this out.
Really not impressed with his service or customer service at all.
