Its not too often, if at all, I would take the time to sit down and write a review for a contractor. Bob and his crew are simply, the best , most ethical, fair, punctual, on budget, friendly and babysit free contractor I have ever hired. Period. Delivered service and product as quoted in accordance with timelines and budget. Not a single grievance whatsoever. An honest review, so much so, I leave my full name.

After over a year research and also shopping around, finally I was introduced to Bob. He came over personally and explained what he is going to do and gave me several options.
I did my homework before and I knew exactly what needs to be done.
Bob and his crew did a fantastic job and did not cut any corners. No compressor nailers! They did my roof in two days and everything was done as I wanted. They worked with passion and honesty.
They were on time and they did clean up after themselves.
They did my roof in two days while my neighbor did his with other company in just 6 hours! (You figure how lousy work could be - with nailers, no shingle underlayment, no starters).

After having several of the big-name roofing companies come to my home to provide me with an estimate to a few small repairs only to have them try to coerce me into replacing my entire roof (as well as my neighbour's since I'm in a semi), I became fed up. Luckily, I was referred to Bogdan Kozak at Kozak Roofing.

Bogdan personally came to my home soon after calling him and provided me with a very fair estimate for the repairs only. He actually told me that my roof still had a few years left on it too! He also took the time to explain that some of my "leaks" weren't actually leaks but rather internal condensation on pipes due to poor insulation (since the drips only occurred when it was cold outside). He was 100% accurate.

After the work was completed by his extremely friendly son and nephew (who in my opinion went above and beyond the original estimate due to some problems they found which I wasn't aware of), Bogdan stuck to his estimated price and didn't charge me a cent more.

I will be calling Kozak Roofing when the time come to repair my entire roof. You should call them too!

During a heavy rainfall I had a serious leak in my ceiling due to old shingles and improper flashing and sealing in the dormer. Kozak Roofing had someone at the house within 30 minutes. Problem fixed! Many thanks for the quick service.

Last summer wind tore apart metal near our roof I was so worried that it will pull shingles. I have contacted Kozak roofing (obtained thier number from one of their satisfied customers/my boss). One of thier employees came in within 1 hour, went up the roof and fixed it (despite strong winds blowing.) Thank you very much for your dedication and arrival in such a short notice. And considering that this was an emergency call - didnt charge much at all.
Will be replacing my roof this year. ONLY WITH YOUR COMPANY!!!!!

We had Kozak's come and replace all of our old eavestrough and facia with new wider eaves and downspouts. They also shingled a new porch roof. They redirected water away from the basement and in the end have saved us from basement flooding. They were very efficient and friendly... also very busy, so book ahead. I think this is an often overlooked way to improve your house... and protect the basement from water. Great job and absolutely no hassles.

Needed eavestroughs for the house replaced. Multiple neighbours had used Kozak and recommended them to me and their price was competitive. They got the job done efficiently and have had no complaints. I strongly recommend them.
