Based on the reviews here, I asked Michael to do a house inspection for my place. I am greatly appreciated on how professional Michael is and the excellent work he has done. He did a very throughout inspection and provided an in-depth and clear report, even the builder was amazed at the level of details. Also, whenever I have any questions, he explained and addressed all my concerns in a patient and professional manner. I will definitely recommend Michael for anyone who wants to do a house inspection.

Having seen the poor quality of work from other home inspectors in the past, I was a little leery and looked over Michael's shoulder throughout the inspection. His knowledge, attention to detail and general quality of inspection eased any concerns I may have had.

Throughout the inspection Michael pointed out and explained any issues or concerns he had with the condition of the house, as well as answering any questions or concerns I had.

The report was prepared and emailed immediately after the inspection and contained all of the issues identified. The report also included graphical solutions to correct the issues where appropriate. Due to the many images and nature of the automated report, it was a little longer than I was expecting; but, all of the necessary information I need was there. Also Michael makes himself available to answer any questions I may have on the report which is an added bonus.

Overall Michael is friendly, knowledgeable, well prepared, and a good communicator. I am very pleased with Michael's work and will recommend him to family and friends, and I look forward to the follow up inspection.

I was buying a house for the 1st time and so I searched google for home inspectors. 4 Sight Home Inspections was one of the 1st on the list. I reviewed the website and it looked like they knew what they were talking about. I called the number and set up an inspection. Michael showed up to the house and reviewed everything. Just a couple hrs after the inspection he emailed me the whole report. I was amazed. Everything was in so much detail. Because of Michael I was able to get the house I bought for even cheaper! Seller deducted $4,000 for repairs I had to make on the home. I would recommend 4 Sight Home Inspections for anyone that needs an inspection done. I payed $375 and it was well worth it. I was amazed with the report. He even took the time to explain to me on the phone and replied to my emails about questions and concerns that I had. I would give 4 sight 11/10.
