My review might look like a copy of other reviews here, but when that is the truth, you have to say the truth. Michael was sharp on time and was was doing what he does best - inspect !!. Michael spent 3 hours going thru every thing - big and small, every nook and corner. Michael was absolutely professional and very patient answering my questions (some were probably silly). He spent extra time on things we had concerns about, and eased our concerns. His knowledge of things and especially, his way of explaining to a person who doesn't know these things, is very much appreciated. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Michael, to my friends and family. Thanks much Michael.
