Michael & Chris (trainee) were very punctual. In fact an hr early for our scheduled apppointment.
Michael was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had.
He and Chris were very thorough throughout the inspection not missing a single square foot. They also got down and dirty and inspected the attic and Michael even cleaned up the residue left behind from opening the attic.
I received the report from Michael in just a few hours after the inspection. Now that is service at its greatest!
