As first time home buyers my husband and I were very nervous about finding the right house. Working with Michael has put our minds at ease, completely. Michael was extremely easy to communicate with and setting up the appointment was a breeze. Upon arrival he was professional and very kind. As he inspected the home he explained everything to us and got into every corner of the house - he is so thorough! He is incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel so secure in our knowledge about the house. The report was sent to use in an extremely timely manner, was very detailed, and had very useful images.
