Michael provided a home inspection on a prospective house for us. We were unable to meet him in person but our realtor, who was there, texted me after the fact and had said he was very thorough and was on site for over two hours. Michael sent us a very detailed report of the inspection on the same day with photos and diagrams of the different areas of the house outlining its issues, potential risks and recommendations. The seller had their own inspection report which was very brief and glossed over several issues. Michael's report gave us a clearer picture of what we were in for.
