Don't call this company unless you want to be li3d or overcharged!!!
I caled this company on Sat. Oct. 21, 2017 and asked them to send some one to check the furnace, Diane said she can't send some one on the same day and it is better to send some one on sunday.
the guy told us we need to change the board and he went to get a used one from some one else, he came back less than 5 min. with the used board.
we agreed on %50 off for the used board
then he called Diane to confirm it, on the phone she was pushing him to sell that to us as a brand new!!! board, didn't know we can hear what she says. The technician said I can't because it is dusty and they will find out.
Now the worst part: "the charge"
She was asked me to pay $700 for the job!!!
$350 for the board (the brand new board is $350)
$165 for the work on sunday which she actually pushed us toward it and never told me that she will be charged me double for sunday!!!
$150 for the delivery of the board which only took less than 5 min. (If I rented a limo with a driver to pick it up it would have been cheaper)
Then when I complait about the price she started to tell me all kind of li3s you can't believe.
First she blamed on the technician that he charged her for the delivery, (which we found out later that the poor guy didn't even know about that $150.)
I asked why you are charging me $350 for the board?
The answer was so funny: she was adding the shipping and handelling from the US and custom fee, etc.
and I was like: this is a used board why you are adding shipping and handelling from US!!!
This company specially the lady on the phone (Diane) is all Li3s and Overcharges, Try another Company
