This was the worst business I have dealt with! On not one, but several occasions, Kari ignored emails. On two occasions she was supposed to come over and assess the project that needed to be done. After contacting her many times and getting no replies, we finally connected last Spring and she came over. She left saying she would look for ideas for the small bedding area that we have. I never heard a word more. I contacted her again in the Fall, telling her I would like to look into this the following Spring and wanted to give lots of notice, as she seems to be excessively busy. She suggested that Fall would be an excellent time to do the work, so I booked her for a date. I emailed twice before the date as a reminder and she never replied and never showed up. So extremely rude and un-professional and disappointing. Not sure how she is getting the rave reviews that she has. That was not my experience, unfortunately.
