Optima Home Improvements Ltd. offered us very professional service and provided very good value. Our installers were great; they were on time, friendly, and did great work on replacing 5 of our upstairs windows.

Optima windows provided us with outstanding service from the initial sales consultation through to the installation of our windows. Chris was invaluable in guiding us through the selection of our window styles and finishes. The installers demonstrated professionalism and consideration for our family and home while working efficiently to complete the installation. We are delighted with our new windows as they have improved the appearance of our home and lowered our heating cost.

The company's installation team is very professional and they really did a great job. On top of that, the quality of products are awesome. Not only the new windows reduce the energy bills but also will increase the market value of the house. My house is looking great from outside as the new windows added the new look.

Good service, honesty and respect. The team completed the job in 2 days and were efficient. Very friendly. Cleaning was done for the whole job after they were done. Helpful in putting up temporary newspaper covering the windows during the 2 day installation. The windows have helped maintain heat in the house which I was previously losing due to rotted wood frames. The Low E2 vinyl windows have a nice design and lock.

Pro-installers with great worth ethics. They came in and completed the removal and installation of 14 windows and 1 sliding door within 8 hours! They even cleaned up afterwards!

Now, the windows- As expected from the presentation from Chris. They were cosmetically pleasing and functions as advertised. (we opt. for the premium windows from the packages offered)

Full house UPVC windows was installed half month ago. Whole project was performed so smoothly and perfectly from salesman consultation to windows installation, including windows process notice and after sale service. We really appreciate OPTIMA WINDOWS bring us enjoyable service. We would recommend OPTIMA to everyone.

This was the most professional experience we have ever had. The project was well organized and methodical. The only preparation we had to do was to move any furniture away from the windows, they did the rest. The clean up was continual as each window was installed, thus no clean up on our part. The weather did not co-operate, however, they kept on going until the rain was too much. Instead of rushing to finish, we were asked if it would be alright to finish the next day, something I really appreciated. There were also a couple of repairs that could have just been covered up, but they were pointed out and fixed without hesitation. They answered all our questions and we had a few laughs too! I would recommend Optima Home Improvements to anyone. The windows and front door are stunning and several of my neighbors have come by to comment. We couldn't be happier, thank you so much!
