Windows and Garden Door Replacement
We had our windows and garden door installed by Optima today. The experience has been very satisfactory at each stage of the process. Our first contact was with Gleb Diyachenko who's the product and also our project manager. Gleb is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is very responsive and arranged to meet us, show us a sample window and gave us a quote within 3 days after we got in touch. He is always reachable on his phone, responding to our queries and coordinating his team in the office and for installation.
In less than 5 days after accepting the quote, Gleb had Ben come to measure our windows and door. The windows and door were ready within 2 weeks and installation arrangement was made quickly with plenty of warning for us to take leave from work.
Ben's team was very detailed and careful with the installation despite today's heat. Ben has very high work quality control. They set up, installed 6 windows and a garden door and cleaned up all in an impressive 8 hour shift. They clean the house very well, including vacuuming and took all debris away.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Gleb and his team. We are now waiting for our Ontario Green rebate which is also handled by Optima!
