Efficient and Professional Staff
First impressions was the salesperson, Eugeny, was friendly but felt a little bit pressured for closing a sale. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, he is always following up and also is reachable whenever we had any issues.
On installation day, my impression of the crew (4 members for 10 windows) was a bit intimidating, but that impression is very incorrect as well. They were on time, fast, efficient and did a great clean up job.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the end to end process and would recommend the company to friends and family.
(Will update again on this review as we have a second job coming next year to replace the rest of the windows in the house.)
