Upon completing the replacement of my house windows by Optima. I feel like I want to summarizing my experience for today. A high level of professionalism, timely, quality, and promptness to address customer need and expectations. It was outstanding dynamic, accurate, and committment to going the extra miles that exceed and go beyond expectations. Fully satisfied with performance and curtasious conduct of the installation team performing like bee hive to achieve work objectives...well done Optima team.I would go for 6 star rating if system allows
