We had quotes from other companies that were on par with Optima, but we chose them because of the knowledge and thoroughness conveyed by Chris. His explanations and demo of the windows were far superior to anyone who had attended our house before. Once we had committed to the project, Chris was easy to contact and worked with us to solidify a start date. Once chosen, Art and his team attended on schedule, completed the project with genuine attention to detail and went above and beyond (Art told Chris that the windows in the garage that weren't being replaced needed to be capped to match the rest of the house; Chris agreed and the work got done - beautiful touch). This project was done Oct. 1-2, 2013 and the windows have been an obvious improvement aesthetically and functionally. Chris and his team are recommended by my wife and I without hesitation.
