Thompson Refrigeration & Appliance Repair

Came out quickly for initial repair, polite, friendly and wore a mask the whole time. Left me with a hand written invoice that says 1 year warranty, called him up 10 months later with the same issue. 3 phone calls with messages, 3 texts and one Facebook message and no reply.

Pretty disappointed as it seems he is avoiding me because he does not want to honour the warranty. So we had someone else out to fix the issue and apparently Thompson jerry-rigged something and that is why it failed, I am lucky my house did not burn down. Avoid this company like the plague.

Called at night and he answered the phone. I gave him a description of my problem and the age of the refrigerator. He said it was worth trying to fix. He came the next day very punctual. He was polite and honest. Didn't want payment right away said he would be back in the morning to see if the fridge still working. Paid him them. Great guy would recommend him to everyone.

Kit repaired our fridge 2 years ago and has been working perfectly ever since. My husband was on business and the fridge wasn't cold, so I called Kit and he was out here repairing within an hour. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
