Was very disappointed not only with my interaction with Claus but the cleaning of my condo. Claus was rude and unprofessional and was unacceptable. This company is all about speed and not quality. They seem to just want to squeeze in as many bookings and then rush through their cleanings.
I called Claus mid week to see if he was available to clean my 1 bedroom condo the following Saturday. I needed to get it clean as i had new tenants moving in. He said of course and that it won't be a problem. He told me he would call me on Monday to confirm the time for the cleaning because he does his schedule for the week on Monday's. I said sure no problem we will talk then. Needless to say he didn't call me. I finally messaged him on Wednesday and he called me back. I remained him he was suppose to call me on Monday to confirm time for cleaning and I hadn't heard from him and this has me worried. He said he still has to confirm a couple things still and would call me back in an hour. He told me my cleaning was not a big job for him and so he gives priority to other cleanings. I told him I am not forcing you to clean my place you are the one accepting to clean it. And if you are committing then take ownership and don't give me crap like my cleaning doesn't matter. He called me back and confirmed or 'around 3pm' for Saturday.
On Saturday he called me around noon and said he has to push the cleaning to 'around 4pm' now because they are running behind schedule. I said sure no problem. He asked me what was the address to my place which i give him. He said that it would take about 30 mins to drive there for him and he would call me once he was done cleaning at the other clients place and then make his way to my place. I said cool. So than i am making my way to the condo knowing it will take me a littler longer when i received a call from Claus who is now at my condo. I told him am not there but on my way. And why didn't he call me like he promised. I am assuming he is still not done at this other clients place. He got aggressive, defensive and unprofessional. I remained him that i was flexible when you call me today to change the cleaning time. On top of that he was suppose to call me when he left the other place, which he did not. Luckily i called my security at the condo who were able to let Claus and his team of 4 into the condo so that they aren't waiting.
Now the cleaning. I asked how they were going to clean the leather sofa and his response was that they don't have a leather cleaning but they can use something else they had. He said its not often clients have leather sofa. That was kinda strange considering lots of people have leather furniture and the fact you don't bring a cleaner to the job is silly. Their website states they bring all the cleaning supplies. Anyways they finished cleaning in 1.5 hours...5:30pm exactly. So i did the post inspection with one of his staff and ...just terrible. The floors and countertop had a grimy feel to it. You could see the streaks. The fridge was not properly cleaned and the oven wasn't even attempted to be cleaned. Also, the drawer handles weren't cleaned. I had to clean the floors myself and you can see from the attached photos how much dirt i picked up after then had already cleaned! I pretty sure they were reusing dirty clothes from their other cleanings- disgusting.
While was doing the inspection Claus called me 2 times which i felt like he was rushing me. So impatient. He was too busy sitting in his car instead of doing the inspection with me. He wasn't pleasant when i highlighted the issues and seemed more annoyed then concerned. He took $45 off the bill for the issues but doesn't make up for the lousy cleaning.
Save yourself the headache and use another company..
