Our home is 140+ years old and was a real challenge for Chris and his crew. We had previously used DLC to re-roof and were very satisfied with the professional job and service in April 2018. Within a week of the completion, a violent windstorm ensued and not a single shingle was lost compared to others in the area, some of whom had also just completed re-roofing with other contractors and suffered shingle damage. This year, Chris installed Kaycan urban blue siding with white window trim over our century-old hammered tin exterior and transformed our our entire home into a beautiful classic exterior that has garnered many compliments. His crew was very professional took pride in quality workmanship. Because of trim build-out and studding/insulation, the job took much longer than Chris anticipated, but there was no compromise on quality or the quoted price. We would recommend DLC to anyone.
