Water was pooling in the bottom of my fridge. It is 20+ years old and I thought I might have to replace it. Eric said it was not serious .. just a blocked drain. He dismantled the freezer, removed ice buildup and used a steamer to clear the drain. Problem solved.
Very happy with the service. Eric was prompt and polite.
