The Best Appliance Repair

Water was pooling in the bottom of my fridge. It is 20+ years old and I thought I might have to replace it. Eric said it was not serious .. just a blocked drain. He dismantled the freezer, removed ice buildup and used a steamer to clear the drain. Problem solved.
Very happy with the service. Eric was prompt and polite.

Eric came over to fix the connection from my TV to the TV rack on the wall. He realized that the wrong screws were used in the installation, that’s why they came loose. I found the original screws and he removed the TV from the wall and saw that the two parts of the rack that were attached to the TV were upside down. He turned them around, reinstalled the rack and the TV and asked to use my vacuum to clean up.
All done in good time. He did an excellent job!
I would call him if I need more work done in the future and would recommend him to friends and family.

Eric from Best Appliance Repair was excellent. He responded to our email inquiry on a Sunday, and was on site the next day with the part to fix the dishwasher.

Careful and competent work. Will use this company again without hesitation, and recommend to others.

He came over to replace our garberator and our stovetop. He was trustworthy. I asked him to come at an odd time because I had to work and he was very accommodating to our needs. Price was reasonable because I compared it with other companies.
