This is the 2nd time we've had Leaf Guard eaves installed and both times we've been very impressed. Not only is the product great (although pricey) the installers did a great job of explaining what they were doing, working efficiently, and cleaning up. I'd definitely recommend Leaf Guard for any long lasting eaves installation.

I had issues with clogged up eavestrough’s and they started pulling away from the house. I saw the LeafGuard Gutter System at Costco and spoke to Mike at the booth. He had a mini system set up with a short video explaining the system. We set up an appointment for a home visit and Ray Hillard came by the house to further explain the LeafGuard Gutter System. He gave us a quote and we signed on the spot. Lovely in the office gave us a call and we set up an appointment. Eric and his crew showed up at our house on time and they were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We did a walk around the house and he fully explained what they were going to do. You could leave this crew alone to work with no issues but I watched them actually custom making the system right in front of my house. It was very cool. The whole job from removing my old eavestrough’s to the final inspection by us to the garbage being picked up from my curb took about 5 hours. The crew was on site when the garbage was picked up. I was so pleased with customer service from the first visit at Costco to when the installation was completed that I called the owner Azzam to compliment him on his wonderful staff. I can understand how they have a seal of approval from Good Housekeeping. 6 weeks after everything was completed, I received a gift card from Costco for $800. This is an extremely professional company with a very efficient, quality product. I would highly recommend LeafGuard Gutter System. I would give them more than 10 stars if I could.

Gutter Depot did en excellent job replacing my eaves troughs and downspouts and rotten wood on the fascia board.
They kept my property clean, were professional and reasonably priced.
I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

Had issues with this Gutter Depot company. Management stopped communicating and I had to seek help from Costco's Head Office, as this Gutter Depot Leafguard system is sold in Costco stores. Costco did get involved and eventually solved the issue. Overall, this was a very poor, time consuming experience. That said, the product is high quality and the installers do good work, but if you have any issues after the install, be prepared for problems.

Caveat emptor

I am surrounded by trees and the LeafGuard solution is ideal to deal with my leaf clogged eaves/downspouts. The LeafGuard installers were very efficient and professional. They did an excellent job.

Saw the product at Costco and knowing Costco usually offers good quality products, we decided to contact LeafGuard Gutter Depot. We met with Blake, and have only great things to say about his approach -- knowledgeable, personable, and always on time. The job was done as expected and in the designated time frame. There was a problem with a section of the eavestrough and how it formed against the fascia (nails were bent and partially sticking out -- not driven all the way in). We noticed the problem after the job was completed and workers had left for the day. We called Blake, and had a worker come to check it (and take a few photos of it) the next day. Two other workers came a couple of days later to repair the section. One thing I thought wasn't great is that they did not know exactly what the problem was when they came -- no photo was passed on to them. Anyway, the section was fixed well. It coincidentally started to rain for a number of days following the installation and so far so good, the gutters work well!

Dealing with this company was a pleasure. Going through Costco, everything was done as promised from the fellow who did the estimate (and repaired an accidentally broken window - no fuss, no mess) to the fellows who did the install. Dealing with Lovely in the office was a real treat. The replacement of the window was very timely. The gutters look amazing and so far have worked very well as it handled the recent heavy rains well and without any leaks. The installation of our rain barrel was done well and works quite effectively.

I highly recommend this extremely professional company.

So far so good. Everything has been completed on schedule as set out in the installation plan. The work is neat and the final product is very well finished. Cleanup was very complete and no loose ends were left behind.
Eric, Ahmed and Ryan form a very good and careful technical team and displayed a strong customer service orientation throughout.
