After a few years of living in our house, we finally got our ductwork cleaned. Rupert and Brown came to the house within a couple of days of us calling, were very pleasant, and did a great job. They even ended up cleaning our dryer, though it wasn't part of the package, because they said it really needed to be cleaned, and they weren't ok leaving it like it was.

Robert Rowe (and team) from Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning were very punctual with time. They did a wonderful job and very thorough cleaning all the vents. They took their time and ensured that the job was done well. They even took pictures to assure that the vents /ducts were clean. I have nothing but positive things to say. Rupert and Brawn did an outstanding job this morning! They showed up on the dot of when they said they would and walked us through what they were going to do. They started immediately and were gentle on how they moved their equipment in and out of the house. They did a thorough job with the vents, furnace, AC Coil etc. They were very reasonably priced compared to others in the market. Thorough assessment and cleaning of our ducts after a very messy renovation. They also checked and cleaned our furnace and dryer vent. Price was very fair for the time spent on site.
