Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning

We are very pleased with the service we received from Twelve Points. Rupert and Garfield were very thorough and explained the process as they went along. Rupert made sure he showed us before and after pictures. They called to confirm arrival time and were here promptly. They left the house clean and replaced all furniture as they found it.

Great service!!! Rupert and Brown were very friendly and efficient. They pointed out that our ducts and furnace were very dirty (we're going through a renovation) and didn't feel comfortable leaving until it was clean. Robert and his team were fantastic cleaning our ducts, they arrived exactly on time for my appointment, laid out sheets as to not mark our floors with their equipment. They were very thorough cleaning the metal parts of ducts, before starting all the main duct cleaning even cleaned my dryer vent too!
His staff were very polite and we will be calling them back next year for our ducts.

I was recently ripped off by a company called "breathe pure air inc". They came to my house blew dirt around and charged us. They told us they did all sorts of work they didn't do and told us we had mold in our ducts and needed $1200+ worth of extra work.....

Thank god we called Rupert and his team for another opinion, Rupert showed me how much dirt was in our vents that the other company left. There was probably enough dirt, dust, and bacteria to fill 3 or 4 large garbage bags. This was a week after paying to have the ducts cleaned....

Twelve Points has made me feel so much better about the job they did, and the quality of our air moving forward. Great guys, great service. Never again will I fall into the trap of a discounted "price point" duct cleaning services.

We originally bought a Groupon for their service. Even though we ended up paying an extra $200+ for the additional work done, we still considered it money well-spent. Both Rupert and Brown did a fantastic job in cleaning the furnace, a/c coil and dryer exhaust. What's most impressive about these two guys was that they took the time to ensure that everything was done properly without cutting any corners. We would definitely recommend them to all of our friends and relatives.
