From speaking with Nadine on the phone with many questions to Rupert and Brown arriving EARLY dealing with 12 Points was a professional experience from beginning to end. Both were respectful of our property inside and out. They were thorough in all of the work, communicated about issues and gave helpful tips for future maintenance and were a pleasure to have work in our home.
