What a great customer service and wonderful overall experience! Rupert and Paul did an amazing job with duct cleaning. They are thorough, focused, fast, friendly and professional. They are also careful around the house to ensure no damage is done and they are happy to work with customer for above and beyond results. It was wonderful to watch how they performed their job with ease and how knowledgeable they were. Rupert welcomed all questions and with his many years od experience no wonder all was done properly. The air in the house is now much better. I highly recommend Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning and will hire them again.
