Wayne was very professional, friendly, fair, knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly very good at what he does.

He provided a quote via email for what I described needed done, which was a fair price to begin with, but on installation day Wayne did a intensive walkthru and investigation of the home and advised there wad already some hidden cabling that I could easily reuse instead of running new lines for some of the areas which significantly reduced my costs.

The work Wayne did was professionally done and with an eye for detail. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Wayne came by my house to mount a TV on the wall in the family room. The cabling had already been done by the builder, so I figured this would be a fairly simple job. He was very professional and detail oriented. There were a couple of minor issues, but he solved them with ease. He actually saved me some money by suggesting a cheaper wall mount, which was comparable to its name brand counterparts. I will definitely call him again to mount a TV in our master bathroom.

Wayne was extremely prompt in responding to my appointment request. He mapped out how he was going to run Cat5e cabling throughout the house, plus adding a wireless access point to an existing router. He is professional, persistent and patient. He even came back the next day to make sure that the internet signal was strong throughout each location in the house. He spent hours making sure everything was just right. Wayne installed our TV on the wall over our fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the result and noted:

1) We had an older model mounting bracket which Wayne said would be fine… didn't try to sell us on the bracket he stocks.
2) Rather than staple an extension along the baseboard from our old cable outlet, Wayne ran a new line from the cable box in the basement.
3) He even helped us look for the mounting brackets for our sound bar, which I had misplaced.
4) As someone else noted here on Homestars, he left the place cleaner than it was before he arrived.
5) He even turned out all the lights in the basement before he left.
6) When I commented on what a great job he'd done, Wayne said "That's my thing… I do every job like I was doing it for myself".

Wayne is a true professional. Came in and installed our new television and soundbar with perfection! The wire concealment was done beautifully as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne again to anyone who wants to support a local business and have a quality (and more economical) job done.

Wayne came to my home and assembled two wall mounts in my home. He was very courteous and meticulous. He even cleaned up after himself from mess that the wall made. On the recommendation of friends, we contacted Wayne to do the pre-wiring for wall and ceiling speakers just after the demo stage of renovating our basement. Wayne responded promptly and was able to accomodate our short timeline to get the pre-wiriing done before the drywalling began. Wayne worked well with our contractor, his crew and the electrician. Wayne returned to install the speakers, TV and all of the audio components in both the main area and the home gym. Wayne also suggested adding a couple of additional wireless routers in the home to increase our signal strength throughout the house and this has been very helpful with the use of WiFi for laptops, tablets, smartphones etc. I can't emphasize enough how organized, thorough and fastidious Wayne is with his work. I would not hesitate to use Homesmartz/Wayne's services again for any future wiring/security/computer/hometheatre projects.

Hired Wayne to pre wire for our basement reno and then setup everything after. From start to finish Wayne is great. Hired wired internet for us for our home theatre, setup all the a/v equipement, etc, all the things I just didn't have time for and now realize I am out of touch with, Wayne knows his stuff! I will be getting him back to do more!
