Giancarlo is truly a professional after meeting with him and telling him our family's needs He was able to draw exactly what we were looking for He also made the whole process as stress free as possible by taking care of all city paper work and seen it through the committee of adjustments ultimately leading to a permit to begin our project I would highly recommend Giancarlo to friends and family because hes truly great and cares about what he does thanks for everything we appreciate it.

We worked with Tarcon Construction to convert our existing basement into one that had both a rental unit and keep a portion for ourselves. Giancarlo worked with our wants and needs and turned them into a masterpiece. He explained everything to me, many times on occasion. Tarcon Construction provided floor plans for our main floor and basement. Giancarlo guided us through the reno process and worked with us closely to help translate our vision into a design that captured our asks (and even those we didn't know to think about!).

I contacted Giancarlo Tari to design and draw a triple garage for a project. We met a few times, he was always on time, and very helpful. He also helped with obtaining city permits, which saved me the hassle. I would highly recommend Tarcon Construction for design and architectural needs.

I was re-doing my kitchen and knocking down walls. I hired Tarcon to draw up to layout of the kitchen and plan out the placement of beams and the design. I was very happy with his work. Always returned my calls right away and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the final product, no complaints.

Jan. 27. 2016: I first came in contact with Giancarlo when I saw an ad in a flyer for a Sunroom extension which I was considering for my bungalow in Toronto. I called and met him and found out he could do entire renovations. After several discussions and seeing work he had done for other clients I hired him to do a complete renovation of the main floor of the house. This included design, demolition, new walls, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing. The result has been fantastic – a complete transformation of my 1948 home to modern standards. His workmanship and management of the project was first rate. He and his staff/trades all were highly professional, polite, very nice to work with and would go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. A job well done. I’d be very happy to have anyone come and the see the quality of their work.
