I hired Giancarlo to design, oversee and obtain the necessary permits to complete a renovation on an investment property. I had a short deadline and a strict budget. Giancarlo provided efficient and very professional service. HIs attention to detail was fantastic and resonated clearly in the final product. He was able to draft the drawings, obtain the permits and commence the renovations, all within a weeks time. Throughout the process he redesigned the interior layout of an old out dated existing floor plan and modernized it to create more usable space and cosmetic appeal. As expected when renovating an older home, unexpected issues were revealed. Giancarlo and his hard working, efficient team were able to rectify the problems and still keep within the budget. His dedication and true passion are evident in his work. This started out as a "flip home" but ended up being my permanent residence as it was too nice to sell!
